Brett Lawrie trade leaves 6-year-old Blue Jays fan in tears

If you ask many Toronto Blue Jays fans, they're not too upset about Brett Lawrie getting shipped off to Oakland in a trade that returned Josh Donaldson. Lawrie, after a couple years of injuries and disappointment, had lost some of his luster.

But not to the 6-year-old in the video above.

She's heartbroken that Lawrie won't be playing for the Blue Jays anymore, breaking down in tears while her dad films it. We've seen these types of crying-sports-kid videos before, and some people despise them. But we can't help but love how this little girl announces that the Blue Jays will never get Lawrie back because he'll be "too good." Maybe she should be his publicist?

Hey, kid, just be happy that your beloved Brett Lawrie won't have that Rogers Centre turf causing all this injuries anymore. And trust us, you'll dig Josh Donaldson. He's an ever more lovable baseball bro.
