GRETCHEN CARLSON: When everyone is put into forced arbitration instead of an open jury process and you go to this secret chamber and likely are fired, and only 2% of the time do complainants win an arbitration. 2%. And there's no legal precedent being learned over time. So we've lost like 40 years of cases.

So to our younger generation, we have nothing to say to them about where we are in the workplace with regard to owning your own voice and the things that are still happening to protected classes.

You know, the irony is Julie and I don't own our own stories. We do not own our own truths. There's been movies made about us, but I can't tell my own story. That is why we fight so hard to make sure that all of you can own your own stories. To make sure that we get those voices back.
