ANDY BEHRENS: Yeah, it's that time again. This, right here, is when we revisit some of the worst moments of your fantasy lives, the most gutting losses, the most heartbreaking defeats. This, right here, it's fantasy "Bad Beats."

I'm not sure if you guys noticed, but it was not a normal week in the NFL in week 12. And I'm not just saying that because one team had to play a practice squad wide receiver at quarterback because they weren't allowed to play an assistant coach at quarterback. Week 12 gave us a series of remarkable individual performances-- some of them actually historic in nature.

Derrick Henry, Antonio Gibson, Patrick Mahomes, Deshaun Watson all topped 30 fantasy points. Tyreek Hill-- topped 50. Tyreek Hill gave us the highest scoring week at his position in basically two decades since the year 2000. There were really two many 20-plus fantasy performances to even list.

It was Kirk Cousins. It was Justin Jefferson. It was James Robinson. It was Nick Chubb. It was-- it was Young Wei Koo. It was all sorts of fantasy talents out there producing 20-plus weeks.

So scoring-- absolutely ridiculous this week, which led to epic and unimaginably large beat downs in fantasy. League scoring records this week were absolutely destroyed, obliterated. You think about that list of players that all scored over 30 points-- it was entirely conceivable based on where they fell in drafts. You could have all of them on a roster, right? That happened this week.

We saw a whole bunch of 200-point weeks, 300-point weeks if you have weird scoring formats. So I don't want to focus on the narrow defeats as we normally do this week. Instead, let's just take a moment to shout out the many fantasy managers who lost by hilarious margins, triple digit margins this week.

It's bad to suffer a narrow loss. That can be painful. That can hurt. A fraction of a point-- that's painful. But it ain't no picnic to lose by 50, to lose by 70, to lose by 100, some of you 200 or more fantasy points if you're playing, again, crazy leagues with yardage bonuses.

So to you, stage StageFright, to you CoopedUpInQuarantine, and to Gym Tan Laundry, and J-Ville, and Gran Armada, and Dak to the Future, and The Doziers, and DemBoyz-- DemBoyz lost by 255 fantasy points of you and the many others who sent in your screenshots of just absolute total annihilation this week. To you, like, hey, at least you made a kind of history. If you have to go down in your fantasy match-up, go down gloriously. And you did it.

Remember, folks, next week when things don't go your way, think of your Yahoo fantasy friends. Hit us up. Use the #fflbadbeats.
