Barcelona intend to sign a new left winger this month, and in recent weeks, they have been linked with several high-profile targets. As of right now, their favourite is Marcus Rashford, although a deal for the Manchester United star will not be easy, and not only because of their well-documented financial problems.

Rashford is wanted on loan, and a deal is possible for Barcelona, albeit they will need to lighten their wage bill. They must do so quickly as there are many clubs keen on the 27-year-old, and one more is about to join the race: Napoli.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is expected to join Paris Saint-Germain in the coming weeks, and Sport say that Napoli will go for Rashford as his replacement. Like Barcelona, they also want him on loan, and agreeing a deal with Man United will be easier for them compared to the Catalan giants.

Barcelona really like Rashford, and it would be a top deal if they can bring him in on loan. However, doing so appears to be getting increasingly difficult.
