The West Bengal-born all-rounder is considered by many as one of the greatest fast bowlers in women’s cricket history. Born in Chakdaha, West Bengal, Jhulan Goswami has played 10 Tests, 182 ODIs and 68 T20Is for the Indian women’s international cricket team taking 40, 225 and 56 wickets in respective formats. The cricketer played an important role in the rise of women’s cricket in the country and is also the leading wicket-taker in Women's One Day International cricket.
