Former NFL cornerback Tony Beckham says he caught a grown man hovering outside his 15-year-old daughter’s bedroom window early Wednesday, leering inside and masturbating.

Beckham told WPBF that he saw the alleged culprit with his pants partially down when he left his Wellington, Florida home around 6:40 a.m.

Beckham: ‘I couldn’t believe it’

“I waited for a second and I looked again,” Beckham said. “And I see a white male and he’s standing by my window and he’s trying to get a better position. I couldn’t believe it. I was like, ‘Is this for real?’ I thought I was getting Punk’d.“

That’s when Beckham said he decided to have a “good conversation” with the man, 48-year-old Geoffrey Cassidy.

Suspect left with multiple facial fractures

Sheriff’s deputies said that the “conversation” left Cassidy with a right second zygomatic arch fracture and fracture to the right medial orbital wall/lamina papyracea. Or, simply put, broken facial bones.

His mug shot painted the picture of his interaction with Beckham.

Beckham said Cassidy tried to run away when he yelled at him before the former professional athlete chased him down.

WPBF reports that Beckham’s wife Amanda called police when she went outside to find Beckham pinning Cassidy to the ground.

Suspect denies accusation

According to lawandcrime.com, Cassidy told police that he was a transient in the area when his car broke down and denied looking into the girl’s window.

“I’m sorry that it happened to me. I’m sorry that it happened to him,” Beckham told WPBF. “Because he’s never going to do that again on this side of town.”

Cassidy is being held on $1,500 bond in the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim younger than 16 years old.

Beckham played in the NFL from 2002-07. He spent his first four seasons with the Tennessee Titans before a final NFL season with the Detroit Lions.
