Evgeny Kuznetsov is out $2,000 after he was nabbed a second time by the NHL for diving.

The NHL announced the fine on Thursday after the Washington Capitals forward was caught during a Dec. 29 game against the New Jersey Devils. He was previously warned on Oct. 20, with the second offense earning him the loss of cash which goes to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.

Kuznetsov is the second Capitals player to be fined for diving since the league instituted the system following Tom Wilson in March 2015. That’s now two fines under Barry Trotz’s watch, which means if two more of his players earn embellishment fines then the head coach will be docked $2,000.
