Bruins forward Pavel Zacha was a notable reason behind the win, as he had one goal, three points, and a plus-3 rating in 16:30 of ice time. Overall, it was an impressive offensive night for the 2015 first-round pick.

Zacha now has 10 goals and is third on the Bruins with 24 points and 46 games played. Considering that he had just three points in his first 14 games, there is no question that he has turned things around. The key Bruins forward also has six points over his last six games and is starting to create real magic with superstar David Pastrnak again.

Zacha only continues to show the Bruins that they made the right call acquiring him from the New Jersey Devils during the 2022 NHL off-season. This is especially so when noting that they only traded forward Erik Haula for him and not a high draft pick or notable prospect.

Haula has also struggled this season with New Jersey, posting five goals, six assists, and a minus-6 rating in 42 games. He has also not recorded a point in 18 straight games for the Devils. Thus, Zacha is once again having the better season.

In 206 games as a Bruin over three seasons, Zacha has 52 goals, 140 points, and a plus-38 rating. Haula, on the other hand, has 35 goals and 87 points in 198 games as a Devil.
