Watch: Andersen delivers electric save-of-the-year bid
Freddie Andersen delivered a half-second of goaltending bliss during another not-so-blissful performance on Thursday night.
The 28-year-old Maple Leafs goaltender snapped the leather and put his bid in for the save-of-the-year when he absolutely robbed Hurricanes defenceman Noah Hanifin as he snuck in from the point during the first period.

Andersen came in to Thursday with an unflattering 3.24 GAA and .900 save percentage, both well worse than his career averages of 2.48 and .917%.
