Buffalo’s Twitter page doesn’t realize Bills actually beat Carolina
The Buffalo Bills' comeback against the Carolina Panthers was unbelievable ... so unbelievable, in fact, that the team's own Twitter page got a bit turned around.
The Bills were down six points when rookie QB EJ Manuel directed a precision attack that covered 80 yards in 96 seconds. Some dink-and-dunk passing, some fortuitous officiating, and Manuel found Steve Johnson wide-open in the end zone with two seconds remaining.
With the extra point, the Bills took a one-point lead, since seven is, in fact, more than six. But you can't fault the Bills' staff for being surprised at a late comeback falling in Buffalo's favor; it's a sight more rare there than a bikini.
Anyway, Buffalo's got reason to celebrate. Manuel very nearly knocked off the Patriots last week, and the team now stands at 1-1. Or, as the team's Twitter feed would put it, undefeated.
