Young child found wandering alone, barefoot in city

We're working to learn more about a young child spotted wandering around in Everett this morning. Let me say right now the child was found safe. Police tell us someone saw the child trying to cross a busy street. They say the child was taken to the hospital for evaluation... and that their parent HAS been located.
