A loose barge collided with a vessel during powerful winds brought on by Hurricane Ida on August 29, in Venice, Louisiana.

Joey Dorsey filmed a video that shows a vessel crashing into a loose barge blocking its way. Dorsey told Storyful his crew was worried about their mooring lines getting damaged by the collision.

Media reported Louisiana ports, including Venice, remained shut to vessel traffic as of September 1 after Hurricane Ida hit the state on Sunday.
