Time ticking to change laws before recreational marijuana

Maryland cities and counties are working to make changes to current laws to be line with the state when it comes to recreational cannabis becoming legal in less than a month. Baltimore County leaders are finalizing local regulations for recreational cannabis. Baltimore County Council members voted Monday to change the distance of how far dispensaries can be from each other, decreasing it from 2,500 feet to 1,000 feet, in accordance with state law.
