Police: Suspect charged with killing of grandparents

Baltimore County police charged a 24-year-old man with murder in the killings of his great-grandmother and grandfather. Police said an 86-year-old woman and a 73-year-old man were found Sunday evening in the 3500 block of Cabot Road in Randallstown. Police were conducting a wellness check after the daughter of one of the victims said she couldn't get in contact with him. Homicide detectives have charged Kennard Goins, 24, with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of his great-grandmother and grandfather, according to police.
