No bail for T-Mobile fatal shooting suspects

The two suspects accused of shooting and killing a T-Mobile employee in Canton appeared in court Monday. Focusing on murder and assault charges gun violations a Baltimore City judge denied bail for 18-year-old Arthur McCaden. He and his 14-year-old brother were arrested Friday after the April 30 shooting and armed robbery at the T-Mobile store in Canton. 23-year-old Fabian Sanchez Gonzalez died after being shot in the chest. In denying bail, the judge also considered McCaden's extensive juvenile record and armed robbery charges pending in New Jersey, where McCaden and his brother are allegedly captured on video robbing a Best Buy store.
