Fugitive detained after crashing car, standoff at Stockton home, San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office says

A wanted fugitive and another woman were taken into custody following a standoff situation Tuesday afternoon at a home in Stockton, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office said. KCRA 3 was reporting from outside the home on the 1200 block of Carlton Avenue when a SWAT crew fired flashbangs and moved into the home. Authorities could then be seen detaining the fugitive, identified as Rudolph Delsie, 37. KCRA 3's Lee Anne Denyer reports.
