Firefighters Survey Inundated Italian Town Amid Deadly Floods
At least nine people have been confirmed dead in severe flooding in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, local media reported on May 18.
Rivers across the region burst their banks, with thousands of people evacuated after half a year’s worth of rain fell in places.
This footage was released by Italy’s fire and rescue service, and shows the impact of the floods in Sant’Agata sul Santerno.
