SCOTT PIANOWSKI: Scott Pianowski, Yahoo Fantasy Baseball, you need some pickups, I have some pickups for you. Let's start in Cincinnati where Nick Senzel is putting together a post hype sleeper case. You remember Senzel, he was number two overall pick in the 2016 draft class, had a good rookie year. He's been on the skids ever since. Part of it's been injury, part of it has been the Reds bouncing him all around the lineup and all around the diamond. This year, he's playing third base. He's playing outfield for Cincinnati. We know it's a good hitter's park.

We like to be there. Improved walk rate, improved strikeout rate. He's adding category juice to his game, a little bit of power, a little bit of speed, hitting for a plus average. And he's still just 27. I think Nick Senzel could maybe be an All-Star at some point in his career. We love a post hype sleeper case still available in about 60% of Yahoo leagues. Now we're always chasing saves. What's going on with the Yankees? Clay Holmes was supposed to be their closer. But the last two save opportunities have gone to Michael King. I think King is worth rostering on the 20 strikeouts against four walks alone.

Any high leverage reliever on a contending team has my interest, and King had good ratios last year. So whether King is getting win opportunities, whether he's getting save opportunities, he's going to help your strike out per nine. He's going to help massage those ratios, and the Yankees around .500 right now. I still think there'll be a 90 win team by the end of the season. See if you can get your hands on Michael King for some bullpen help.
