Citrus Heights hopes to bring brewery scene through new grant

The City of Citrus Heights is trying to entice breweries and other businesses to set up shop in town through a new grant program. The Citrus Heights Business Attraction Incentive Program, which launched just a few weeks ago, aims to "enhance the City's competitiveness in attracting designated target industry businesses that create community vibrancy and commercial area vitality," according to the program website. There is a total of $1,000,000 in funding for the program, which can help businesses with equipment, operating and relocation costs.
