I'm Kristen Peak here at USA Basketball U 17 trials were Cameron Boozer, Caden Boozer.
Uh two of the top prospects coming into the senior class.
Cam.
Let's start with you.
I mean, the, the competition is so great here.
How does it feel?
Just being out here getting up and down the floor with these guys?
I mean, like you said, the C is great.
Um Some of the best guys in the country here, a lot of top guys in our class and the, the 2026 class as well.
So it's always good to come out here play with the best guys in the country.
Get a good bump.
Um Love the competition, love the energy here.
I was just USA basketball.
So it's a great environment with you, Ken just being at the guard position.
I mean, you guys were getting after it again, very scrappy, you know, just uh playing with your brother playing with the Bigs.
How do you think, you know, this weekend and, and week went, I mean, I, I feel like it went good, you know, just playing against uh other league guards here and, you know, just playing for bigs that you usually only play against like um Jaden Tombs or co p like those type of guys just um playing with them and um just trying to help them, like succeeded on the court.
Just a great experience.
You guys, the, the pair of you have won literally at every level at high school.
A U you won a gold medal last year.
Um There's something about the tandem.
I don't know if it's a twin connection or anything, but how much fun is it to not only like succeed and play on the court with your, with your brother but just go through this process.
Uh I mean, it's great, especially having someone I'm so close to um have the same mentality.
I am always want to win.
Um always push each other to be great just because we're both such high level and it's always something you can compete with, especially when it's your blood.
It's just, it's a different kind of love.
Um So and, and for you, Ken, I mean, do you guys still play one every now and then or not really?
I mean, um we work out together and um we play like open runs against each other but I mean, we don't really play like one on one against each other.
What about your dad?
Do you guys ever have any competition or shooting or anything with your dad, man?
He, he hasn't played in a few years.
So, no, I I haven't played him in a while and cam, I mean, your dad just, you know, playing at the highest level.
Um, how's it been having him as a resource through this process?
I mean, it's great having someone to talk to like, that has already been through it all.
So he's just a great person to have, especially, like, obviously it's your father so you can talk to him every day.
So it's been great.
Ok?
And um I wanna ask you guys both because I don't think anybody knows each other's games better than the two of you.
Give me a quick scouting report on cam, I mean, three level score, great rebounder, uh a leader, vocal leader just um probably the best player on the court no matter what court it is.
Oh, that was nice.
All right, your turn.
That was so much is, um I say K is a great point guard.
He controls the pace great on ball defender.
Um He's underrated leader.
Uh He's a great basketball Q makes the right plays, doesn't make that many mistakes.
So he's a guy that everyone should want on their team.
Ok. And I just kind of want to settle this first and foremost once and for all, just because I've asked you guys individually, but I want you to answer this together.
Are you guys a package deal for the college game?
Are you exploring different options individually or is it just the best fit for either one of you.
I mean, we're a package deal.
Obviously, we have a lot of the same offers, but I mean, we're exploring our options differently and um if we can go to the same college, that's great.
But if we don't, it's ok too.
All right, I'm gonna save you from asking about any school since I know you guys always get caught.
You know, the offers if you follow these two, you know the offers.
Thank you so much guys.
