BARCS is over capacity, asking for community's help

Shelters in the Baltimore area are running out of room, and they need your help. The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter doesn’t want to be forced to euthanize any animals, so they need the community's help with adoptions or fostering. They say this past weekend they came close to that becoming a reality. "It's been a tremendous struggle for us both financially and with the limited space we have here at the shelter," said BARCS' Bailey Deacon.
