1 killed after ‘sideshow activity’ leads to shooting in San Joaquin County

At least one person was killed after “sideshow activity” led to a shooting in San Joaquin County, the sheriff’s office said Monday. Scattered bullet casings and a cluster of tire marks leading to the intersection of B and Eighth Streets in Stockton were all that remained after the overnight sideshow. The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office said it got a call at around 1 a.m. that a disturbance was taking place.
