Through 15 games with the Marlies this season, Engvall has seven goals and 16 points, tied for the team lead in scoring.
The 2014 seventh-round selection is in just his second full season in North America. Last season he scored 19 goals and 32 points through 70 games played.
Historically a winger in his native Sweden, Engvall transitioned to a centreman last season out of necessity and has not looked out of place.
Moore was placed on the IR following an awkward collision against the Boston Bruins on Friday. He has three goals and five points through 21 games this season.
