The sale of Chelsea is set to be approved by the Premier League this week. The news of that imminent approval comes after it emerged that the chief executive of Unicef has written to ministers promising Roman Abramovich cannot benefit from the £4.25billion deal, as Todd Boehly waits for his takeover to get green-lighted by the Government. There are still worries about where the funds could end up, despite Abramovich vowing that all proceeds will go to charity.
