Inside look at Wrigley Field's expansion and restoration

Just because baseball season is over doesn't mean the excitement is ending at Wrigley Field. This offseason, the long-awaited ballpark expansion and restoration, now known as The 1060 Project, is underway. This upgrade is designed to ensure the viability of the ballpark for future generations of Cubs fans, while preserving the beauty, charm and historic features fans have come to know and love.

The four-year plan -- which will include structural upgrades; improved player facilities, new fan amenities, outfield signage, including a video board in left field, expanded concessions, new and improved restroom facilities, and much more -- will be undertaken in four separate phases, beginning with the conclusion of the 2014 baseball season. Here's what you can expect in each of the next four years at the corner of Clark and Addison.
