PSG centre-back Milan Škriniar (29) will be allowed to join Fenerbahçe on loan after Xavi Simons’ (21) €80m sale to RB Leipzig, reports L’Equipe. The Dutch attacking midfielder’s loan to Leipzig will be terminated as he is expected to put pen to paper over a two-and-a-half-year deal with the Red Bull-owned Bundesliga club. With Simons no longer loaned to Leipzig, PSG have now five senior players on loan abroad with Randal Kolo Muani (Juventus), Carlos Soler (West Ham), Nordi Mukiele (Bayer Leverkusen), Renato Sanches (Benfica) and Cher Ndour (Besiktas).

Considering PSG can loan up to six senior players abroad, Škriniar will now be allowed to join Fenerbahçe on loan until the end of the season. The Slovakia international has already undertaken a medical with the Istanbul-based club. Škriniar joined PSG as a free agent upon the expiry of his Inter Milan contract. The 29-year-old is tied with Les Parisiens with a contract set to expire in 2028. He was a regular starter last season but he is now out of Luis Enrique’s plans.
