Barcelona, Chelsea and Juventus proved that they truly are top of the tree in their respective leagues over the course of the weekend.
Here's what we made of it all.
🇪🇸 Barcelona romp to huge Clásico Supercopa win
Barcelona lifted the Supercopa de España with a 5-0 win over rivals Real Madrid on Sunday.
A brace from Ewa Pajor, plus goals from Caroline Graham Hansen, Alexia Putellas and a stunner from Patri Guijarro sealed the win at the Estadio Municipal de Butarque in Leganés.

The match saw England women star Keira Walsh break the 100 appearance mark for Barcelona and was the fifth occasion in the six years since the competition became a four-team format that the Blaugrana had lifted the trophy.

Barcelona have now beaten Real Madrid in both the men's and women's versions of the Spanish cup competition.
🇮🇹 Roma sink to surprise defeat at the hands of Milan
After defeating leaders Juventus last weekend, Roma needed to follow that up with a win over Milan to keep their slim title hopes alive.
But that was easier said that done, as the Giallorosse twice let a lead slip though their fingers as 6th placed Milan came back to win 3-2.

Juventus had already taken full advantage of that slip-up and pulled away at the top of the table, as they beat second-place Inter in the Derby d'Italia with goals from Sofia Cantore and Cristina Girelli.
😍 A THING OF BEAUTY!

With that win, the Bianconere now move seven points clear of Inter at the summit of the Serie A table.
🏴 Chelsea hammer home their dominance in the WSL
Chelsea tightened their grip on this year's WSL title after they secured a 1-0 win over rivals Arsenal.
A penalty converted by Guro Reiten with just under 10 minutes of normal time remaining after Katie McCabe had been sent off for dissent was enough to seal the three points in front of a record crowd at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues also unveiled new signing Naomi Girma just 10 minutes before kick-off, the USWNT defender becoming the first player to be sold for over $1m in women's football.

This was a bad day for the Gunners, as they saw their title hopes for the season all-but ended and witnessed the presentation of a player they were said to have bid for.
Can anyone end Chelsea's dominance?
Next weekend sees the full return of the women's football action in Germany and France, as well of plenty to look forward to in the rest of Europe.
