Good news coming from the Juventus Women camp: Lindsey Thomas and Juventus Women will continue their journey together; as a contract extension until 2026 is confirmed. The agreement caps off what has been an excellent first season in a Juventus shirt for the French player, who was able to establish herself in the attack through consistent goalscoring and excellent pieces of play.

Born in Guadeloupe, but brought up in France, the 29-year-old started her career at Montpellier (the club that oversaw her development into a footballer) and then had loan spells with Basel, Bordeaux and Dijon. She arrived in Italy in the summer of 2019, representing Roma for two years (where she lifted the Coppa Italia); before moving to AC Milan – starring there for two seasons – and then finally joining Juventus in June 2023.

Thomas’ first chapter at Juventus stood out for its clinical nature, with her final numbers proving to be very respectable : 29 appearances in all competitions, scoring 10 goals, 8 of which were in Serie A. She also registered 4 assists in the league, and her ability to have an instant impact at any moment of the game was particularly noticeable, often coming off the bench with the necessary desire to be ready in front of goal.

Last summer she joined with the label as the top scorer against Juventus, with 5 goals to her name, but now she has become an essential asset for breaking through all opposing defences.

Together with her teammates she lifted the revered Women's Italian Super Cup in January 2023, and we hope to taste more success together soon. Very happy to have you with us.

Congratulations, Lindsey!
