WNBA star Caitlin Clark joined Taylor Swift in her suite for Chiefs-Texans game

Earlier this month, WNBA star Caitlin Clark was on the New Heights podcast and talked about how she became a Chiefs fan.

It’s a common story for any kid who lived not far from Kansas City.

“I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, which is only three hours from Kansas City,” Clark said. “That’s just the the closest NFL team. So my dad was a big Chiefs fan growing up. So people think I’m like, a bandwagon chiefs fan. I’m like, ‘No, I was there before, before Patrick and Travis.’ We were ride or die. So we’ve been big fans. And now, obviously all the success you guys have had has made it a lot of fun.”

That’d be Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. The latter is a co-host of the New Heights podcast and he’s also dating superstar singer Taylor Swift.

It’s possible that Kelce invited Clark to join his family and girlfriend in his suite at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. That would explain why Clark was spotted sitting with Kelce’s family and Swift at Saturday’s AFC Divisional playoff game.

Others in the suite were Swift’s parents Andrea and Scott and Kelce’s father, Ed.
