Winnipeg Jets Recall Brad Lambert From Manitoba
The Winnipeg Jets have recalled forward Brad Lambert from the Manitoba Moose, it was announced Monday.
Lambert, a 2022 first round pick of the Jets, has spent time in both the NHL and AHL this season. Although Lambert has been held pointless in four games with the Jets, he has collected three goals and 13 assists for 16 points in 30 games for the Moose.
A product of Lahti, Finland, Lambert is in his second full season of pro hockey in North America, having put up an impressive 55 points in 64 games for the Moose last year (he also saw one game with the Jets).
With Lambert being recalled to join the Jets, he will once again have the opportunity to show he belongs in the NHL. Although his points per game pace is down compared to last year, Lambert has still been a difference maker for the Moose and is a big part of the Jets future.
