Wild's Marc-Andre Fleury Stays After Practice To Teach Make-A-Wish Kid Some Goalie Tips

ST. PAUL - Marc-Andre Fleury is all class but what he did for Cameron Furst was unmatched.

The Minnesota Wild play host to the Edmonton Oilers tonight for a 7:30 pm game. At morning skate the team invited the 9-year-old Furst onto the ice to skate with the team.

He got to take some shots from Kirill Kaprizov, Brock Faber and Jakub Lauko. He stopped them all.

After morning skate concluded, Fleury stayed on the ice to teach Furst some goaltending tips.

After Fleury taught Furst about sliding on the pads and positioning, he brought him down to the locker room.

Furst is part of the Make-A-Wish foundation and the Wild signed him to a one-day contract to be around the team and practice with them.

We all know that Fleury is a Hall of Fame goaltender and one of the best to ever play. He is also a Hall of Fame person and what he did for Furst and his family was simply incredible.

Best part is, Fleury did it all by himself. It was all his idea.
