Wild Will Be Without Superstar Forward For Second Straight Game
ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild (22-10-4) host the Ottawa Senators (18-15-2) tonight for a 7:00 pm game. They will play the Sens without their superstar forward Kirill Kaprizov for the second consecutive game.

Kaprizov, 27, did not travel with the team out of the Holiday break to Dallas and missed the game against the Stars with a lower-body injury.
The 5-foot-10 forward was not on the ice on Saturday or Sunday for the team's morning skate and will miss his second consecutive game with an injury.
In 34 games this year, Kaprizov has 23 goals, 27 assists, and 50 points. He is also a plus-21 which ranks tied for second in the NHL.
He also ranks second in the NHL in goals behind Leon Draisaitl and tied for third in points with Mitch Marner and Connor McDavid.
This is a huge loss for the team, but Wild's President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Bill Guerin said on Saturday that Kaprizov shouldn't miss too many games.
But the Wild will get forward Joel Eriksson Ek back in the lineup tonight. He missed the last 11 games with a lower-body injury.
