Wild Activate Jake Middleton Off LTIR, Send Three Players Down
ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild (25-11-4) are back home to face the St. Louis Blues (19-18-4) tonight. They made a few roster moves ahead of the game.
The Wild announced that they have activated defenseman Jake Middleton from the Long-Term Injured Reserve and reassigned forwards Travis Boyd and Brendan Gaunce and defenseman Carson Lambos to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Middleton, 29, missed the last 11 games with an upper-body injury. The Wild went 6-5-0 in his absence. The 6-foot-3 defenseman has five goals and 13 points in 29 games this year.
