The Dallas Cowboys have a vacancy at head coach after parting ways with Mike McCarthy on Monday, and people are anxiously waiting to see which direction so-called "America's Team" goes for the high-profile job. Team owner Jerry Jones has been sprinkling bread crumbs of what they might want to do the last couple of days, and oddsmakers are eating it up.

After multiple reports of potential interest between the sides, former Cowboy and Colorado coach Deion Sanders is the +100 favorite at DraftKings to become the next Cowboys coach.

Sanders is followed by Kellen Moore (+250), Kliff Kingsbury (+350), Joe Brady (+450), Ben Johnson (+550) and Bill Belichick (+650).

Whether or not the job is attractive might depend on who you ask, but it will take a strong personality to answer to and make firm decisions under the shadow of Jones. Sanders fits the description and their existing relationship should help too.

"To hear from Jerry Jones is truly delightful, and it's intriguing," Sanders told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday. "I love Jerry and believe in Jerry. After you hang up and process it, and think about it, it's intriguing. But I love Boulder and everything there is about our team, the coaches, our student body and the community."

For Jones to reach out, the Cowboys clearly have some interest. That might leave the ball in the court of Sanders, who seems torn on the decision.
