After nine days, the 2025 World Juniors medal round has been decided.

While he may not have found the scoresheet, Julius Miettinen (Everett Silvertips) had a solid game, generating a few scoring chances and had two shots in 18 minutes of ice. From the back end, Veeti Vaisanen (Medicine hat Tigers) had four shots on goal in 13 minutes of ice time. Finland defeats Team Sweden by a score of 4-3 in overtime, and moves on to play for gold while the Swedes will compete for bronze.

Team USA rallies late to defeat Czechia

Kelowna Rockets forward Jakub Stancl scored the lone goal for Czechia as the Americans took a 4-1 decision and moved on to the gold medal game. Adam Jecho and Miroslav Holinka (Edmonton Oil Kings) combined for three shots, and had some good looks throughout the night.
