Premier League rivals West Ham United have reportedly turned their attention to Manchester United star Aaron Wan-Bissaka after their move for Noussair Mazraoui fell through.

Wan-Bissaka is believed to be one of the players Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS are open to selling in their bid to raise cash to fund incomings.

In addition to being linked to West Ham, Wan-Bissaka has also been mentioned to be on the radar of clubs such as Inter Milan, Crystal Palace and Galatasaray.

A report covered by The Peoples Person relayed that Wan-Bissaka turned down West Ham as his preference is to join Inter.

On Thursday, it emerged that the Hammers struck an agreement with Bayern Munich over a switch to the London Stadium for Mazraoui.

It appeared that United – who also want Mazraoui – were set to miss out on the Morocco international but the Red Devils were handed a major boost after it was revealed that West Ham left negotiations after failing to reach an agreement with the Bayern star’s agent.

Mazraoui is not keen on playing for Julen Lopetegui’s side and he’s waiting to be reunited with Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford. The duo of course worked together in the Netherlands at Ajax.

According to Florian Plettenberg, West Ham are now focused on landing Wan-Bissaka now that Mazraoui is no longer on the table.

The Sky Germany reporter wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “After the failed deal with Noussair Mazraoui, West Ham is now focusing on Aaron Wan-Bissaka!”

“New talks are planned for the next 48 hours.”

“Man Utd have lowered their demands. Price valuation of around £10-15m now. No agreements yet.”

Wan-Bissaka has entered the final 12 months of his United contract and so, this summer represents the club’s only chance of getting some money from his exit as he’ll be a free agent in 2025.
