Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in Aston Villa forward Jhon Durán as they look to strengthen their attack with a promising long-term addition.

According to journalist Ben Jacobs, PSG admire the Colombian striker but face a major hurdle—Aston Villa’s £80 million asking price. The Premier League club’s valuation reflects Durán’s strong performances and recent contract extension.

Villa are reportedly reluctant to sell unless they receive an extraordinary offer. PSG, however, are said to value him at around £55 million, creating a significant gap in negotiations. Meanwhile, other clubs are also monitoring the situation.

In a separate report, Jacobs added that Aston Villa recently turned down a £57 million bid from West Ham, marking the London club’s second attempt this window. Villa are believed to be holding out for offers closer to £85 million (€100 million).

On Tuesday, Florian Plettenberg reported that Victor Boniface is set to join Al-Nassr after Bayer Leverkusen and the Saudi club reached a transfer agreement worth over €60 million. The 24-year-old striker has signed a deal that will earn him €15 million net per season and has already passed his medical with Al-Nassr.

The Athletic’s David Ornstein reported on Tuesday that Al-Nassr will decide on Wednesday whether to move forward with a deal for Boniface or Durán as they look to strengthen their attack.

They have a verbal agreement in place for Boniface, but the move isn’t finalized yet, while they continue to explore the possibility of signing Durán.
