Yahoo Sports Week 9 fantasy QB rankings: Best starts at quarterback
Touchdowns were plentiful last week as six quarterbacks threw for three or more and five topped the 300-yard mark, spurring hope of repeat performances in Week 9.
Quarterback changes are also a hot topic, with Jameis Winston taking over in Cleveland last week and producing excellent results. This time around, we'll have Joe Flacco back under center in Indianapolis and could see Derrek Carr's return in New Orleans.

Fantasy football rankings for Week 9 are based on the point-per-reception (PPR) scoring used in most seasonal and daily fantasy football formats. One point is awarded for every 10 rushing and receiving yards and one point for every 20 passing yards. Six points are awarded for touchdowns scored, four points for passing TDs and one point for receptions.
