Watch Nate Robinson — and we mean all of him — go through a 7-2 defender's legs

Diminutive guard Nate Robinson spent parts of 11 NBA seasons defying expectations of the size and skillset required to play in the best basketball league in the world. Now in the midst of a comeback with the Delaware 87ers in the D-League, Robinson is proving he still has plenty of tricks to offer at 32 years old.

His latest move may be his craziest yet. In Saturday night’s game against the Canton Raptors, Robinson found a fresh new way to dribble out of a trap. Instead of finding a path around 7-2 center Edy Tavares, Robinson — not just the ball — went right through his legs:

Robinson’s bio still lists him at his NBA height of 5-9, but that’s never been especially believable and certainly won’t be now that this highlight is available for all to see. A 5-9 guy is not going through a defender’s legs like this, no matter how tall he is.

Unfortunately for Robinson, he finished the night with just three points on 1-of-6 shooting in 17 minutes. The Raptors won 110-96 as C.J. Leslie put up 30 points. Tavares focused on protecting the rim, not his five-hole, and swatted four blocks.
