How to watch KC Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos in NFL Week 10: Kickoff time, TV, odds

Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi (91) celebrates a tackle on Denver Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin (38) during an NFL football game at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023, in Kansas City.

What’s this, a noon kickoff in Kansas City?

The Chiefs play their first early window game of the season on Sunday when they play host to their AFC West rival Denver Broncos.

Although the Chiefs have dominated the series during their Super Bowl era, the Broncos defeated Kansas City in their most recent meeting, last October in Denver.

The Broncos (5-4) are coming off a 41-10 loss at the Baltimore Ravens and seek their first playoff season since the Super Bowl championship season of 2015. If the season ended today, they’d be in the field as the No. 7 seed.

The Chiefs (8-0) continue to hold the NFL’s top record after defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30-24 on Monday Night Football.

Here’s what to know about the game:

The game will be played at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Kickoff is set for noon Central.

The second game between the teams will be the regular-season finale on Jan. 4 or 5, 2025, in Denver.

The game will be broadcast by CBS, Channel 5 in Kansas City, Channel 12 in Wichita.

Additionally, it will be broadcast on radio via KFNZ (96.5 FM) and WDAF (106.5 FM) in the KC area, and KNSS (98.7 FM) in the Wichita area.

The Chiefs have opened as a 9-point favorite. With the over/under set at 42.

The Chiefs were a 9-point favorite last Monday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and didn’t cover in a 30-24 victory. That outcome dropped the Chiefs’ record against the spread to 4-3 with one push.

Andy Reid gave his team a clean bill of health after the Bucs game, but he mentioned a handful of players on his injury rundown, starting with Patrick Mahomes. The quarterback was limping after a touchdown toss and said he aggravated a left ankle injury. Mahomes remained in the game. Defensive end George Karlaftis left the field for a couple of plays with a hip injury.

The first official injury report will be released on Wednesday.
