Watch: Dani Olmo links up with Hansi Flick, Mika Faye & more in Barcelona training

Footage stemming from the training ground of La Liga giants Barcelona on Saturday will no doubt spark excitement across the club’s fanbase.

This comes with new signing Dani Olmo having linked up with his new teammates for the first time.

The name of attacking midfielder Olmo has of course dominated the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the last 24 hours.

This comes after the 26-year-old’s long-anticipated arrival from RB Leipzig was at last made official.

In Barcelona’s first big-money signing of the summer, Olmo on Friday put pen to paper on a contract at the Camp Nou through the summer of 2030.

And, just a day on, the Spanish international has already taken his place in training alongside the rest of Hansi Flick’s squad.

As showcased in the footage below, Olmo played his part in a number of drills on Saturday, joined in one by young defender Mika Faye, before also being spotted in deep conversation with his new manager:
