WATCH: Bears QB Tyson Bagent and WR Dante Pettis connect for 2 TDs vs. Bengals

The talk of the town has surrounded the Chicago Bears' elite offensive connection of Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze, but two of their understudies are establishing a bond of their own: quarterback Tyson Bagent and wide receiver Dante Pettis, who already have two pitch-and-catch touchdowns on the day.

It's been all Chicago for the majority of the contest and it became business as usual on the scoring drive, with Bagent set up with a goal-to-go third down. The second-year pro took the shotgun snap and tossed a nice throw to the veteran receiver in the endzone, who beat the opposing cornerback's man coverage with great footwork.

The duo wasted no time double-dipping with another completion that resulted in a touchdown. Bagent got the snap and immediately looked to Pettis running a slot fade route down the sideline. Pettis easily cleared the defensive back in front of him, and Bagent threw a perfectly placed ball 25 yards into his pass-catcher's outstretched hands, securing his second TD on the day.

The Bears continue to trounce their AFC opponent 24-3 as the game gets closer to completion.
