Watch: Atlético’s fans single two Real Madrid stars out for boos and jeers

The home crowd in attendance at the La Liga showdown between Atlético and Real Madrid on Sunday made clear their grievances with two members of the latter’s squad.

The first Madrid Derby of the campaign, of course, is currently being played out at the Wanda Metropolitano.

With 45 minutes on the clock, the two sides remain deadlocked at 0-0, amid a tense atmosphere in the Spanish capital.

Even ahead of kick-off, it was made abundantly clear that rivalries were alive and well, upon the visitors’ starting XI being announced to the stadium.

Two members of Carlo Ancelotti’s ranks, in turn, were heavily targeted by those in attendance at the Metropolitano.

The pair in question? Jude Bellingham, and Vinícius Jr.

Upon the names of Los Blancos’ two Ballon d’Or contenders being read out to the stadium, both were met with heavy boos and whistles on the part of the Atlético crowd.
