What time is the speech?
The National Baseball Hall of Fame induction begins at 12:30 p.m. on July 21 at Clark Sports Center in Cooperstown.

The induction ceremony will be broadcast on MLB Network and can also be streamed via the MLB’s website or app.
Who else is being inducted?
Joining Beltré is ex-Colorado Rockies first baseman Todd Helton, Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer and Detroit Tigers Manager Jim Leyland.
