FOOTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Ryan Lopez, Borah: Intercepted three passes, broke up a sure touchdown before halftime and returned a kickoff 60 yards in a 23-10 upset win at Owyhee.
Gavin Crawford, Eagle: Scored three touchdowns in a 43-21 win at Boise. He ran for 51 yards and two TDs on seven carries, and he caught two passes for 39 yards and a score.
Jack Brant, Timberline: Completed 18-of-24 passes for 156 yards and three touchdowns in a 21-13 win at Meridian. He also ran for a team-high 73 yards.
Isaiah Reed, Rocky Mountain: Returned an interception 74 yards for a touchdown and made three tackles in a 56-14 win against Capital.
Boston Huskey, Bishop Kelly: Caught five passes for 64 yards and two touchdowns in a 19-0 win over Nampa.
Onix Carson, Vallivue: Needed just 10 carries to run for 191 yards and four touchdowns in a 50-0 win vs. Caldwell.
Ryder Scheibe, Emmett: Went 10-for-18 for 252 yards and five touchdowns in a 48-44 win at Skyview. It was the Huskies’ first victory at Skyview since 1998.
Kash Cobb, Weiser: Ran for 278 yards and five touchdowns on 22 carries in a 70-45 win at Pendleton, Oregon.
Rafael Cuenca, Homedale: Hauled in six passes for 122 yards and a touchdown in a 50-0 win at Jerome.
Titus Vidlak, Fruitland: Finished 17-for-23 for 163 yards and a touchdown through the air, and ran for 50 yards and another score on the ground in a 21-0 win vs. Nampa Christian.
Jace Chadez, Marsing: Went 6-for-10 for 123 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Huskies to a 49-7 win over Payette.
