Vinícius Jr. sends message to Real Madrid teammate over Euros glory

Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. was quick to take to social media, in the aftermath of Spain’s Euro 2024 triumph on Sunday night.

As much comes with another of Real’s stars having of course played a central role in La Roja’s latest title.

The player in question? Dani Carvajal.

Defender Carvajal was for his part in from the off last night, as Spain locked horns with England in a showpiece clash in Berlin.

The 32-year-old closed the matchup as his country’s captain and leader, too, after the withdrawal of Álvaro Morata during the 2nd-half.

And, fresh off sealing glory in both La Liga and the Champions League at club level this past season, Carvajal went on to seal as much on the international stage, too.

This came as goals on the part of Nico Williams and Mikel Oyarzabal proved enough to guide Spain to the right side of a 2-1 result.

The full-back, in turn, took to social media post-match, to celebrate his country’s momentous achievement.

And, as alluded to above, quick to add his name to the comments section was Real Madrid teammate Vinícius Jr.

In a simple reply, the Brazilian wide-man posted:
