Roma ultras put up a series of insulting banners attacking everyone from the players to sacked coach Ivan Juric and the club owners after a humiliating second consecutive Serie A defeat.

It was already widely assumed that Juric would be fired even before this afternoon’s 3-2 home loss to Bologna, but that proved the final straw and the dismissal was announced just minutes later.

Giallorossi ultras had already been protesting before and during the match, but took it up a level this evening at the training ground.

A series of banners were placed on the gates outside the camp where they knew the players could not miss them.

‘Players, captains, senators, all pieces of s**t and traitors,’ read one banner.

‘Presidents and directors, leave Roma, you are incompetent and unworthy.’
