Vancouver Canucks Recall Mark Friedman, Max Sasson, Aatu Raty And Artur Silovs
The Vancouver Canucks announced they have recalled defenseman Mark Friedman, forwards Aatu Raty and Max Sasson, and goaltender Artur Silovs from the Abbotsford Canucks.
Elliotte Friedman reports that Kevin Lankinen and Derek Forbort have the flu, resulting in the emergency call-up for Silovs.
Silovs has a 1-4-1 record with a 4.11 GAA and .847 SP in seven appearance with Vancouver this season.
Mark Friedman has played in the last two Canucks games and averaged 14:40 of ice-time. He will likely take Forbort's spot in the lineup for tonight's game against the Boston Bruins.

Sasson has impressed with the Canucks so far this season, recording four assists in nine games while averaging just 9:24 of ice time per game.
Raty has two goals and two assists in 20 games with Vancouver this season.
