This week, the UFC begins its holiday break following the final event of the year.

UFC on ESPN 63 took place at Amalie Arena in Tampa, and it featured a welterweight bout between former interim champion Colby Covington and Joaquin Buckley.

Elsewhere, many other combat sports events are taking place, featuring several familiar names who have competed under the UFC banner.
