Yahoo Sports UFC Monterrey Fighter Bonuses: Andre Fili's Quick KO Scores $50,000
The Ultimate Fighting Championship announced the winners of the UFC Fight Night 78: Magny vs. Gastelum fight card during the event's post-fight press conference in Mexico on Saturday.
Not surprisingly, after a tough back-and-forth main event, Neil Magny and Kelvin Gastelum each won $50,000 bonuses for earning Fight of the Night honors. It was a tough fight for both men, each having his moments in the fight, but it was Magny that swayed the judges and earned a split-decision victory.

The two Performance of the Night awards went to preliminary card fighters Andre Fili and Marco Polo Reyes.
Both men scored impressive first-round knockouts to earn their $50,000 bonuses. Fili took Gabriel Benitez out 3:13 into their fight, while it took Reyes just a little bit longer. He knocked out Cesar Arzamendia at the 3:42 mark.
There were also two The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 2 winners crowned at UFC Fight Night 78 in Monterrey. Erick Montano took home the honors in the welterweight division by defeating Engrique Marin. The lightweight winner Enrique Barzola, who defeated Horacio Gutierrez.
